Conductor Laureate Herbert Blomstedt returns to lead the San Francisco Symphony in a program celebrating his centenary, pairing Schubert's youthful Symphony No. 3 with Bruckner's monumental Symphony No. 4, 'Romantic,' a work he first performed with the orchestra decades ago as its Music Director.
