About this concert
José Luis Gómez leads the Tucson Symphony in Brahms's German Requiem, a work born from personal grief and shaped as a consolation for the living, alongside two Mozart concert arias and Carlos Chávez's orchestration of a Buxtehude organ chaconne. Presented in partnership with the Tucson Desert Song Festival.
