About this concert
The Waco Symphony closes its 2026-27 season with Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, marking 200 years since the composer's death, with soprano Katherine Whyte, mezzo-soprano Jamie Van Eyck, tenor Jack Swanson, bass-baritone Reginald Smith Jr., and the Central Texas Choral Society. The program also includes Jon Cziner's Rear-View and Barber's Knoxville: Summer of 1915, the latter featuring soprano Katherine Whyte.
